The firm
A law firm at the intersection of law and technology
LAWINT advises companies on technology projects and business law matters. The firm works with executives, in-house legal teams, procurement teams and CIOs.
Its combined legal and IT background provides an understanding of the project, its operational constraints and its commercial stakes, enabling legal advice that supports informed decisions.

Alexandre Diehl
LAWINT founder Alexandre Diehl combines a background in IT with a practice in business and technology law. Before qualifying as a lawyer in 2000, he spent more than three years working in IT. He then spent seven years in legal practice, first at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then at Gide Loyrette Nouel, before establishing the firm.
For more than twenty years, he has advised French and European companies on their contracts and digital projects. He works particularly with customers and buyers of IT solutions, alongside in-house legal teams, procurement teams and CIOs. His work covers supplier commitments, data protection, cybersecurity and the legal issues surrounding digital technology.
His combined technical and legal background allows him to connect the way systems operate with contractual constraints and business objectives. He helps clients prepare negotiations, clarify responsibilities within projects and assess the commercial implications of their choices. The aim is to make the options clear both to those making decisions and to those implementing them.
As an Ecosystem Advisor to Alliancy, he contributes to work on technology dependencies and supplier relationships, particularly following Broadcom's acquisition of VMware. He takes an interest in the opportunities for exit and switching providers under the Data Act. His commitment is to help executives and CIOs understand their rights, prepare their decisions and preserve their freedom of choice.
